This is one of the best books on minimalism. Enjoyable and useful listen, helps you clean up your spiritual and physical life, as well as declutter your home and wardrobe. You need to apply the concept to your life. Just implement those principles into your life, and you'll see many positive changes. Family-friendly book!

A great resource
I listened to this book one time! Most of it is common sense, but it motivates to get moving! A great resource on how to declutter your mind and your space of living. I listened to it in full in one time, and was inspired to clean out my living room and kitchen and gone through everything! I had three huge boxes full of things that I don't use and will give away!
