At the beginning of this program, you may find that your mind wants to reject the idea of transforming possibilities, feeling silly doing these things and believing this transformation can not happen for you. Why is that? Over the many years, starting from childhood, we were programmed to think pessimistic, worst-case scenarios--what if it does not work, etc.? That continued throughout school, parenting, friends, societal influence, and the employment sector. Even genetic memory carries good and bad memories.
What are the memories? Memories are beliefs, and beliefs are paradigm shifts. How do we change paradigms? It must be done by repetition, repetition, and repetition again. That is the only way. By listening to positive affirmations daily, especially in the morning and throughout the day, you will find that your beliefs will shift. Your mind cannot differentiate between what is real and what is imaginary. Your outlook is changing, and you are beginning to create better results in different areas of your life.
You will hear some affirmations of similarity, but that is ok. I will speak twice. When I repeat a second time, please repeat after me, try to visualize, and believe it is the new you. Now, let's begin this transformational journey.

I really liked the positive thinking affirmations in this audiobook. Sometimes I get in my head and have a lot of negative thoughts and it's hard to get out of that rut. I have to try really hard to get back in a positive headspace and this book helps a lot! And there are so many other really good affirmations. It's such a great way to start the day!
