Please, absolutely no devastatingly attractive men with hidden agendas such as secret missions or vengeful plots against evil villains - specifically not Jude Durant, the earl of Huntington, the most handsome, the most covert, the most dangerous of all the aristocrats in Regency London.

I liked the plot idea, story is okay

The heroine Caroline Ritter is hired to teach Jude Durant the 2nd son of a duke to flirt so he can get a bride. Since she was involved in a scandal she was ostracized from society and had no talent for work (only flirting). Meanwhile we don't see too much of Jude acting as himself, we get glimpses of his true character but he is acting out of character most of the time in order to trick the men he heard killed his older brother Michael and get revenge on them. I like this plot idea but I personally couldn't really connect with the characters. The narration is great.
