Helps me sleep plus I wake unconcerned with food
nature track is compelling and hypnotic. Puts me right to sleep. I wish there were more chapters like 4 & 5 which I repeated over and over again so that is why I gave it a 3 on story. That said I get a restful sleep and wake up without a sense that I must eat or make breakfast right away. Food has become a non-issue. So it must be working. I have yet to listen to the whole track awake to fully understand what he is saying but trust that my subconcious understands.

I think it’s working
I honestly didn’t expect results. I thought the falling asleep part would be worth it at least and why not try. His voice is relaxing to me, and it usually knocks me out within 5-15 min. I’ve been listening almost every night for about a month and I’m down 7 lbs after not seeing the scale move for months!!
I haven’t consciously changed anything else either. And I’m eating bagels for breakfast several days a week. I rarely write reviews, but I’m very overweight, over 40, and have tried every diet there is over the years. If you’re on the fence, just try it. See what happens. That’s what I did, and I’m going to keep listening and see if the scale continues to go down.

Awesome book!!
This book really does help me sleep peacefully at night each time I fall asleep listening. Sometimes I even listen while at work. I also wrote down the affirmations and recite them daily. It’s helped me certainly choose right foods for the goal I want. And it’s helped me to stop emotionally stress eating.

Great Tool for weight loss
I noticed a change in the way I thought about food about 2 weeks into listening. I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This book is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this book helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

Actually improves mind set for weight loss
I have been listening to recordings for over two weeks now, since beginning a serious attempt at weight loss. From the first morning after hearing, I have found that food cravings are gone and maintaining my diet is practically effortless. too much ocean!!!!
There were too many times I would wake up to hear ocean sound effects...too many gaps of no subliminal messages. Too many times with the sound of the ocean that I had to get up to go to the restroom! I've listened to this audio several days...In fairness I will complete the 21 days of listening while I sleep.... but so far it's a bit disappointing.

Soothing Voice
I love the narrators voice. It's nice to listen too. For the most part I agree with what he said. Only one thing stood out I didn't really agree with and it was the "I deserve" which would mean on the flip side that I didn't deserve. Idk lol I'm a very heady person which is why I'm need of meditation.
