E&E Team Cinderella is back in action, this time with robot assassin Esmeralda competently in charge. She's aided by her own team and Wally Lawson's latest creation: Stanley, another robot on his first mission. Strong, deadly and almost alive, Stanley is the perfect agent; he won't fail, and he'll never stop.

But when Stanley is struck by lightning and goes rogue, taking along the young daughter of the British Ambassador whom he was assigned to protect, the potential for disaster could spell the end for Noah and the rest of the agency. Only Esmeralda has a chance to save both Stanley and the girl, but first she's got to stop one of the most deadly assassins they've ever encountered, but even success can spell doom for E&E.

Fans of Child, Flynn, Clancy, and others will find common cause with the man who must do what it takes to keep his country safe. David Archer's breakthrough series is rampant with action, betrayal, politics, and yes...death. If that makes you feel all warm and cozy inside, be sure to give this series a shot!

Wonderfully written

I love this series and I love how you can visualize the movements of each character. I recently started watching an old show called scorpion and this book reminds me of some of the characters in it all the way down to a secret agency. I hope you will have more books in this series.

suspense was never ending

the storyline is awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters' transformation and positive growth. I like how the author delved into the humanity and mental challenges of the special operators.

Done with this series

I liked Noah Wolf at the start but the last 3 finished me. Rogue Wolf was the final straw. The bad guys were put on the level of demi gods. Knew everything, were everywhere and could do anything. They let Noah figure out a way to save a main character only to kill her off a few chapters later. This time instead of Sarah they kidnap Norah. And in the climax fight. Noah can’t even save his daughter. The main bad guy beat him and was about to kill him when an almost dead Ralph saves him. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was a very disappointing book. If you like a book where the main good guy is helpless for an entire book and then best at the end by the main bad guy then this one is for you.

Book 20 was horrible

After enjoying all but the narration in previous books, this one seemed written by someone else. The plot was disjointed and lacked character cohesiveness so much, it was painful to listen to, with the narrator not saved this time by the story. Very disappointing.
