The combination of the prophetic seer of humankind’s actual situation without the eons of social conditioning to see own self through the looking glass of other rathe than the Self combined by the reading by his chief disciple Richard Lang is a potent combination. I look forward to revisiting this spiritual classic time and time again.

I thought that this was brilliant and truly original. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, and plan to re read it again today or tomorrow. I read the first two chapters a while ago, but wasn’t ready for it at that time.

This! This! A simple way to see...really see what we are, accompanied with a delightfully written, detailed map to deepen and clarify that seeing. I return again and again to this book. Each time brings more clarity, more joy, and more peace. The mind wants to complicate and continue the search, but It's all right here.

I think I will never see the world or myself the same way after having listened to this book.

My meditation up to this point has been about "stilling the pool" as they say, but this book has made me go deeper. Now I'm asking, "wait a second, what's the pool made out of? Is this even a pool?"

Consise, compelling, and charming. I would recommend to anyone interested in Buddhism or any open-minded and philosophical person.
