Publisher's summary

Kelly Collins invites you back to Aspen Cove, the charming mountain town where dreams never die and love lives on forever.

Poppy Dawson has spent her entire life wanting what she can’t have - namely, Mark Bancroft, Aspen Cove’s deputy sheriff. Growing up the daughter of a cattle rancher, she’d had no time for silly things such as love. But after watching her terminally ill mother wither, Poppy realizes that life is not only unpredictable, it’s short. She has to decide if she’ll settle for the life laid out for her or the life she desires.

Abandoned by his no-good father at the age of eight, Mark Bancroft has spent over 20 years trying to redeem his family name. He’s been a good man. An honest man who’s been in love with Poppy Dawson ever since he can remember. But when his father stole everything from the Dawsons and left town, he took Mark and Poppy’s future with him.

Done carrying the burden of his father’s crimes, Mark sets out to win her heart. But first, he must win her father’s respect.

Can a decades-old family feud be ended for love? Find out in One Hundred Lifetimes.

Love is worth it

I love this story, it's full of (tearjerker moments) emotions. Their love for one another is obvious. Being so aggressively challenged in that makes for an even more powerful connection & determination. Great characters and great community support. I received a free Audible version without obligation and am voluntarily posting a review. Narrator is fantastic.

Sweet and steamy!

Poppy has waited a lifetime for Mark to be her boyfriend. They were friends as children and always knew the other was special. But happenstance, and a thieving father, caused Poppy's father to hate the son just as much as his father who stole so much from them. It was a story of devotion between Poppy and Mark, but it was also a story of a different kind of devotion. Love doesn't always look the same from couple to couple, and the love between Poppy's parents was rarely visible, but it certainly proved to be there. A bittersweet ending provides a wonderful future for everyone.
Logan McAllister is a tremendous narrator with a dynamic, well-modulated voice that brings each of the characters to life.

Another touching story in this series

We are back in Aspen Cove in another touching story. This one belongs to Poppy Dawson and Mark Bancroft.
Poppy, oldest in her family, has taken care of her ill mother. She has been in love with Mark since she was a child, but her father, Lloyd, wants nothing to do with Mark. His father stole from Lloyd and he has never forgiven the man nor his son.
Mark, a sheriff deputy, has been in love with Poppy but because of the sins of his father he can’t overcome them.
This story is at times heartbreaking but also heartwarming. It’s also a story about family, forgiveness, hope, new beginnings and love.
Another sweet story in this series.
The narrator did a good rendition of th various voices.

A story for the ages, beautifully done!

Poppy Dawson has wanted one boy, one teen, one man … Mark Bancroft. No one else will do. Mark feels the same, but family obligations and an old wrong, make a future with Poppy seem … impossible. Angsty… heart pumping …. heartbreaking and truly beautiful … this is “One Hundred Lifetimes”, a slow burn to fabulous story with just the right amounts of humor, and sass! This fantastically written, dynamically narrated gem flows beautifully, giving this listener chills, laughter, and tears as it weaves a magically enthralling, totally consuming web! I could not get enough of these deeply human characters, so throughly detailed and developed. I came to know them, understand them, and yes, identify with them! These are people I would be proud to have in my life, and in actuality, resemble a few that are! The dialogue the author writes is beautifully believable, made all the more so by the clear, emotional and convincing narration that brings this story to life. I was able to lose myself in the story and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this performance! Five tear worthy stars! I loved it!

Great series!

Poppy and Mark's story really spoke to my heart. These two people have always wanted each other, but due to circumstances between either of their control, they have been kept apart. Finally giving into their feeling and Poppy learning to stand up to her father, these two explore the connection they have always had and ignored. There were sweet moments and funny moments. I truly enjoyed the story.

I thought the narrator did a great job with all of the characters and really brought the story to life.

Cute story

This story is about two people waiting a lifetime to be able to have a life together. /as a result of the poor choices of their parents they thought they'd never have a chance. Destiny had a different opinion; and they did end up with their HEA.

Emotional, Passionate, & Romantic!!!!

A captivating, heartwarming love story with so much heart and emotion. Marc has always been in love with Poppy but has been unwelcome by the patriarch of the Dawson family. Poppy has only ever wanted to be with March. One Hundred Lifetimes was funny as all get out, sweet yet steamy passion, heartbreaking, bittersweet, flirty, and healing love. Kelly Collins is a great writer who creates fantastic stories with well written plots and wonderful characters that readers will fall in love with. A fantastic story that will have readers riveted from beginning to end.
