Publisher's summary

Tanya Anne Crosby continues the MacKinnon legacy with a brand-new series, One Knight Forever.

Bound for a marriage she hopes will save her cousin from the gibbet, Lady Elizabeth Louise Wolfe finds herself en route to Scotland to marry the younger son of a known traitor to the Crown. Fate intervenes when, on the way, she checks into an inn and registers as the “MacKinnon's bride”.

Presumed dead at Culloden, Callum MacKinnon, stops by the inn as well, intending to clean up before his return as the prodigal son. Imagine his surprise to discover his “bride-to-be” has already procured a room. And more - the feisty sassenach everything he never realized he desired.

Great Narration & Story

Totally enjoy reading Tanya’s books, so was very excited to listen to a “duet” reading. After taking a few minutes to get use to & understand the accent, it led to a deeper level of the story - more realistic, as what I have in my mind when I read a Scottish story. Listened to it on my walk outside and then again when I did dishes - only to realize it was finished! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Seemed way to short to me, but I can only compare to the old fashioned way of books on CD we’d get from Cracker Barrel for road trips - and they lasted quite a few miles! 😉
Overall I would recommend this story in audible, simply because I loved listening to the Scottish accent and Tanya writes good stories too! 😂
