100% Accurate
I was married to an intentional gaslighter for over 7 years. This book accurately describes every detail about emotional abuse and attributes of gaslighters. The last portion about how to plan before you leave the relationship is pure gold. Reading those tips would have made my life 10x easier when I left my ex.

Gaslighting
This audible was excellent. It has answered many questions I have, about gaslighting. From how it begins, answers to if it is intentional behavior, to seeing if the gaslighting person is aware of their behavior, to what can we do about it from here. I have only heard the term a few times and something about the term was sticking in my mind. So, no accident! This book found its way to me!! Thank you so much for writing it! Denise
