One Size Doesn't Fit Most!
Finally a way of eating and living that takes into account that we are all individuals! What works for you may not work for me! This method of living is in perfect alignment with how I used to live my life before I started listening to all the nutritional experts and coincidentally before I started having problems with my weight! I also applaud the fact that this method of living recognizes that the image of beautiful bodies celebrated by the fashion industry and Hollywood are not necessarily healthy bodies or the only standard for beauty. I like it that the author of this book recognizes that not everyone needs to start the day with a meal and that there are no mandatory foods that you simply must avoid other than processed foods which usually aren't really foods at all but chemically made up junk infused with sugars, salt and a bunch of other things to get us addicted! I will definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to loose weight but is interested in embracing a healthier lifestyle as well!

SUCCESS!!!
This book changed my life. Dr. Chopra helped me discover my body and communicate with it. I now know what satiety feels like, instead of eating everything in sight before announcing I'm full. I have cut my portions in half. I was eating way too much.
But, just from listening to his book, I have lost 107 pounds, 10 or 12 more to goal. It took a couple of years, which is what I was hoping for. So much motivation when you see the scales dropping a pound a week. I recommend this book to everybody who asks how I managed this weight loss.

Very Exciting News about Managing Weight
I loved this book and I think that Chopra has a sensible approach to managing weight- what a new concept! It's not about focusing your whole life around restrictions and rules or special formulas, it's about going back to nature. Becoming our natural selves. I am looking forward to using his advice and seeing where that takes me.
