You won't regret listening to this book!

I was scrolling looking for the next book to save me from my relationship with food or another diet plan to fall into.
I'm so thankful I chose to give this book a try it's helped change my perspective.
I'll be re-reading and listening whenever I find myself mentally drained from the ”diet culture”

As a 53-year-old who has been struggling with weight for most of my life I finally can accept my body. If you’re looking for a light at the end of the tunnel, like me, intuitive eating could be it and Heather was a great guide. By the way, it’s not only for women.

Extremely helpful

My husband and O have resisted restricting food or dieting. Just before I read this book I we decided to change that and start restricting. I am so glad I read this book!
