This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier. The only disadvantage was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed. It's a very productive book for Beginners. Overall an amazing book.

I have made from this book. Most of the recipes require a fair amount of prep time in the kitchen, however the ingredients used are basic and easy to find in my local grocery store.

Our family started with a plant based diet on January 1. This book has been a great asset to us offering up delectable meals that are easy and filling and taste wonderful. It also provides you with a 21 day meal plan. After reading the book we've gotten very creative and are now making up our own meals. I highly recommend this book.

The ONLY change I would make if possible, would be to break the grocery list down in sections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The way she made the list out it is all or nothing.

I don't want to make breakfasts, I just do my steel-cut oatmeal every morning and for lunch eat leftovers from the night before. Soooo, went into the dinner recipes one by one and wrote it down for the week.

This is the best vegan cookbook i’ve listen. It’s full of normal foods without a bunch of fake meats and stuff. The recipes are simple and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients. I’m very happy with this purchase!
