Extremely helpful for my ADHD

In order to grapple with my focus challenges, and I take Adderall. However, with my newfound focus I had no tools to keep my locomotive going in the same direction. This method has helped me for the past week stay on task without distractions. It also gave me a great way to negotiate interruptions.

Very Detailed

You have to be the right personality type for this to work. If you are not structured or into breaking down your day into tasks, this book would be very difficult for you. Yes, it will open your eyes to a technique but that doesn't mean this technique will last long term.

Pomodoro Technique Unillustrated

Where’s the PDF? Where are the illustrations? Why are we required to buy the hard copy or Kindle edition for another $10 to see the forms necessary to use the technique?

Killer Tomatoes

Side note: Curiously, this audiobook calls itself an “Illustrated” guide to the Pomodoro technique. Naturally, I assumed this meant that images of tomato shaped timers would appear in my mind via psychic transmission. Sadly, that did not happen. This audiobook lost a full star because of that.

Joking aside, this is a very helpful guide to the Pomodoro technique. It’s short, sweet, and highly practical. Plus, once you’ve got a hold on the basics of the Pomodoro technique, the author goes into surprising amount of detail regarding extra tips and tricks. Highly recommended!

What a waste of $5

The narrator just flat out was not intriguing what so ever.

There is no step by step to this book telling you what they are going to discuss and why. The substance was lacking as well. Wish I never spent $5 on this.
