I should have bought the hard copy. The narrator frequently refers to charts, tables and examples in the book. While I can picture what he's saying somewhat, it would be much more helpful to have a hard copy to read. Hey, supporting PDF should have been provided with this audible version.
Otherwise the information in the book is very informative.

The text refers to many diagrams, etc but none of the visuals in PDF format are included with the audible “book”. Very disappointing. Makes it very difficult to follow certain critical sections.
Otherwise seems like a decent overview of PM.
The “for Dummies” title is old and tired, but I guess it works in that people understand it’s a basic level course.

It may just come down to my personal learning style, but I didn't find the audiobook format very suitable for this type of information. When the person is talking about lists, tables, WBS, etc., I found myself wanting to see visual representations of these things that I could study and refer back to at will, whereas in a strictly audio format -- especially while driving -- it ended up "going in one ear and out the other."

Another small annoyance was the way the narrator chose to handle the typical "For Dummies" side notes like Warnings, Tips, etc., which again are tried-and-true in a written format, but which present a challenge for a narrator to get across to a listener. In this case, the narrator differentiates them by saying "TIP!" in a very annoying, almost sarcastic tone, which is indeed effective in making it clear this is a "TIP" and not part of the normal paragraph, but is nonetheless grating to listen to.

Ultimately, I gave up on this after about an hour or so, because it just wasn't getting me anywhere.
