Well Done Gents!
In the book Quiet Quit & Fully Live, Mr Hess teaches the reader (or listener) how to disengage from overcommitment at work in order to live a happy, joyful, and fulfilling life. You don't need to be a perfectionist to overcommit. Most of us overcommit without even realizing it. The world we leave outside of work can soon grow chaotic and hectic if left unmaintained. Allow Mr Hess to teach you how do disengage from overworking and allow his to show you how to find a peace you may be looking for.
Oh, and best of all, this book is narrated by Myles Catania. Mr Catania is a great narrator with great genre range. He does everything from self-help to fantasy.
Great Job you two!

captivating and inspiring!
this is an absolute gem! It completely reframes the whole "quiet quitting" idea into something positve and empowering. Instead of seeing it as laziness, it shows how stepping back from the grind can actually bring more passion, balance, and even better work performance. The message here is clear: set boundries, reclaim your time, and find purpose in what you do.

Take Back Control of Your Time
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed at work, like you’re giving too much and getting too little in return, this book will really help. It will show you how to reclaim your time and energy in a healthy, intentional way.
The book really reshaped how I thought about my work-life balance, especially with all the buzz around "quiet quitting." The author shows that it’s okay to step back and set boundaries—it doesn’t mean you’re slacking, it means you’re valuing your well-being. And let's be honest, in a world where burnout is far too common, that’s something we all need to hear.
I loved the practical advice throughout. He gives tips on how to manage your time better, like how to organize your calendar or say no to unnecessary tasks.
The audiobook is just over two hours, so it’s a quick listen, but I found myself wanting more. The narrator, Myles Catania, did a great job, though the pace was maybe a bit fast for my taste.
Overall, this is a great book if you're feeling burned out or stuck in your career. It's a reminder that you can still be successful and set healthy limits. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s ready to take back control of their time and mental health.

A Fresh Perspective on Quiet Quitting
I really enjoyed this book! The author walks you through how to navigate not just quiet quitting, but ethical quiet quitting that doesn't leave you feeling guilty. I never considered that quiet quitting could just be doing your job more efficiently. I really believe after listening to this book that we all have the right to (and should) quiet quit for our own sanity. I will be using the strategies in this book to see what tasks I am doing that I can automate, let go of or reprioritize...without guilt.

The Refreshing Perspective I Didn’t Know I Needed
Listening to Quiet Quit & Fully Live felt like a breath of fresh air. In a world where we’re constantly pushed to do more, be more, and give more at work, this audiobook offers a refreshing perspective that challenges the status quo. Matthew Hess does an amazing job of breaking down the idea of “quiet quitting” in a way that doesn’t feel negative at all. Instead, it feels empowering.
As someone who’s struggled with burnout, the concept of ethical disengagement really resonated with me. The idea that you can set healthy boundaries and still be successful is something that’s often overlooked. Hess’s approach made me realize that stepping back doesn’t mean you’re giving up; it means you’re taking control of your life.
The book is short—just over two hours—but it’s packed with insights that have really stuck with me. I loved how Hess explained that by taking care of ourselves first, we can actually bring more passion and purpose to our work. It’s a win-win!
