The book is very well written

The book is very well written and is really easy to read and understand. It does not require the commitment to read from the beginning to the end. Great price point too.

Great Information!

I have listened tons of books on anxiety and over the years tried different therapies (rational emotive therapy, Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy). For me personally, this approach turns out to be the most effective one to deal with anxiety.

Great one!

I recommend this for those suffering with stress management and anxiety. The author summed me up pretty quickly as I have a fear of uncertainty and being imperfect. After reading I better welcome those scenarios in my life.

Good concepts.

This book had some great suggestions for dealing with anxiety. I like having a mix of stories and then key pointers for making change.

Very helpful guide!

This is the best book that I have seen to really "learn your limits" and then do something about it. It is helpful to understand what triggers give stress, write down goals to manage stress, discover what specific things you need to do, avoid triggers, and create a less stressful environment
