Publisher's summary

Ordinary job, ordinary life.

"Quit your job? But I thought having a job was a good thing!"

Jobs feel safe. We show up, do what we're supposed to do, and a check for the same amount comes in every couple of weeks. We can feel safe, secure, and comfortable with that. We can budget for housing, transportation, and food. We might even get a few weeks of vacation each year and have enough left over to go somewhere nice. So, what's the problem?

Average isn't satisfying, and repetition is drudgery.

The problem is that average just isn't satisfying. We can be thankful that we're not homeless or completely impoverished all we want, but that still doesn't scratch the itch we all have to live an extraordinary life - to spend more time doing what we love, less time doing what we don't love, and have more financial wealth to support our adventures.

On top of that, most jobs involve doing the same things over and over again. You don't learn. One day blends into the next. You don't grow. Your life lacks richness, diversity, and excitement. All put together, this doesn't make for a very inspiring way to live the one life you get.

Quit and do your own shit.

In Quit Your Job in 6 Months: Why You Should Quit Your Job and How You Can, author and Internet entrepreneur Buck Flogging reveals all of his Internet business secrets to help you build a business from zero to $100 per day, or more, in six months or less; all in your spare time using time-efficient tactics that work, with minimal startup costs.

If you want a shot at achieving real wealth and living the dream life of having the freedom to work anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, the four-book Quit Your Job in 6 Months series will teach you everything you need to know.

Highly Motivational

What made the experience of listening to Quit Your Job in 6 Months: Why You Should Quit Your Job and How You Can! the most enjoyable?

I listened to this book twice in three days. Quite irreverent and occasionally the sexual references made me cringe, but the author gives a lot of valuable information about building an internet business.

So so

The author seems to be a stand up comic wanna-be. His profanity and sexual talk were totally unnecessary. If he had just stuck to the subject without the above-mentioned stuff, this could have been a decent book.

Don't waste your time

He talks about his story making really, really bad jokes the entire time, tells you some very basic, bullet point information about internet businesses and then asks you to take his expensive course online. Stuff like this should not be allowed on Audible.

Should have been a free introduction.

Should have been free. It is more why you should and little how you can. The author wants you to buy his additional books in the series to get to the how. I won't be buying more from this author.

Waste of money and time.

This book is nothing but a guy rambling about doing stuff in the internet to get paid by spamming people and creating click baits. The narrator attempts to be cool by constantly swearing and digressing, goes off topic on personal stuff that no one should care about. This is not a serious book but I guess the catch was to buy it based on the title, because that’s what his business is all about. And in every chapter he tells you that he can explain more as you continue to buy his books. If you are an entrepreneur looking for ideas to develop your own business, organize your finances and “quit your job in 6 months” this book will take you nowhere. The only positive thing is that it gave me something stupid to listen to while sitting in traffic other than listening to depressing news. Sorry Mr. Flogging. Your overinflated ego may get you some cash here and there but this is not a sustainable business idea. Your ex girlfriend, the one you talk crap about will have the last laugh and she’s probably married to a serious entrepreneur, not a jokester.... like you seem to be.
