I have to say the first book of the series did not grab my attention. This read absolutely was fantastic. I love the story line and the character's I adore. The narration is perfect I love maxine mitchell!!! I swoon for the age gap Romance!

This was good until the H revealed the truth. After that, I wanted to quit listening. I didn’t want her to end together with the H. I know that was unrealistic to think that since the author made them get together at the end. Don't want to spoil the story so I'll stop here. Performance was good.

I enjoy Winter Renshaw's stories. The plots she creates are intriguing and have just enough drama you don't feel emotionally drained after listening to the story. I liked Reckless because it was about a slightly older women (35yrs old) with two kids and a younger man around 27.

Maren first encounters Dante while she is celebrating her divorce with her best friend. She's not interested in getting to know a younger guy, but due to a her best friends meddling, he ends up with her phone number anyway. Dante was attracted to Maren at first sight, and after a few sexy texts, lengthy conversations and a chance run in, she agrees to go out on a date with him. Before long Maren is introducing Dante to her kids, but when Dante comes clean about a secrete he's been holding back on, Maren is ready to call it quits.

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell always deliver a stellar performance!

Overall, a decent plot, with lot's of chemistry, humor and drama between the H/h. The only negative for me was the story was good until Dante revealed his secrete. At this point, the plot started getting weak and the ending felt rushed. However, I still look forward to listening to more stories by Renshaw.

The story was interesting, but the graphic sex was almost like it was written by a 17 year old boy. Not sure who that is written for. I’m not a prude but that was just gross
