This is the perfect, succinct lesson & meditation I could have hoped for. Easy to listen to and refer back to as much as necessary since it's only an hour total &/or just do the meditation anytime I'm feeling triggered or nostalgic.

I had been struggling to get over a break up for about 3 months. I was miserable and crying almost every day. I made the decision to start taking an active role in my healing. This book provided a couple of very useful tools for me. It also included a surprisingly healing guided meditation at the end. I highly recommend this book to someone who has been hurting over an ex and desperately needs some relief.

..words can't describe how this book has helped me already and I just purchased it yesterday. I've listened, taken it all in, applied it, did the guided meditation. Then I released him. wow! To my surprise, I had indeed released him already more than I imagined, and this just helped me complete my journey. The book is short but offers powerful strategies to deal with the pain of a break up. It's hard to breakup but the book works with you on getting passed it!

you have an itch you can't stop scratching. this is aloe. it's a balm. cheap, functional.
requires an hour of your un-distracted attention.
whichever reviewer complained that it's "Christian" is delusional. it's not. it is spiritual. a bit new age-y. it's guided meditation, DUH, what else did you think it was gonna be? if that's going to be a though-tstopper for you, find release some other way.

as she says - if you're looking at this, you need it. just do it already.
in terms of cost / value / return - easily one of the best investments of all time.

Yes, b/c it is informative, as well as, effective in helping cut ties with a loved one, not just from a divorce or break-up.

I've been obsessed with my breakup and what my ex was doing, constant sadness, anxiety and overall hopelessness. After listening to this and accepting the release steps, I am feeling hopeful I will be able to move on. my obsessive thoughts every minute of every day have become less. I cried in a way that released the feelings I've held in for so long. I will continue to use the tools I learned and listen to the guided meditation when I feel the need. Thank you Kathryn. I was in a dark place and felt like there was no possible way of recovering. Now I have hope.
