New investor, gaining knowledge and confidence

A rental property can be anything from a property that is a single-family home to a multi-apartment complex. These types of properties can even be things like land that you are renting out or storage units that people use for their stuff as opposed to being able to live in the property. It is important to note that all of these are rental properties even though they have different aspects to them. It is something that you will need to make sure you are doing right and that you are going to be able to have working in your favor. When you know the right way to be able to use rental properties to your advantage so that you will be able to make the most amount of money possible, you will be able to get all of the benefits that come along with rental properties. Make sure that you are always working your best at managing your properties in the right way. Since there are endless options with rentals, you need to figure out what works best for you and what you are going to do to make sure that you are getting all of the options that you need. You can choose to simply manage the property and collect on that money or you can even hire someone else to do that aspect for you while you make the money off of the rental. If you figure out all of the options that you want, your property management process will go much smoother and you will be able to get a lot of benefits out of it.

Helped me a lot

This book provides many forms that are available on my online site and I have compiled with our rental program system based on this book and the knowledge it has given. I have read other books but this one has been the best for rental advice. I am new to being a landlord but am excited about this endeavor.

In depth

The progression from basic simplicity to a depth of detail is very good. Unlike a lot of courses, I'm understanding everything with no holes in knowledge or definitions. I think I can apply the skills I learned here right away and feel comfortable doing so. I recommend it to those interested in the subject.

In depth and useful

A very appropriate level of detail about various types of property analysis for beginners. The author used a lot of realistic examples which really helped to make the topic clear. It is exactly what the title says. You won't get super in-depth with things like applying for loans or anything, but the course does an amazing job of covering exactly what it tells you it will cover.

Love it

This is not like most real estate books. Many others read like a sales pitch: frustratingly repeating how great real estate is and how you'll get rich if you (insert general statement). This book is about action. It's a handbook. Do this. Here are the resources you need. Watch out for these common pitfalls. Here are the alternative solutions and why each might be best for different situations.
