This story was phenomenal! It is hard to believe that this is Nadia Noble's debut narration book, as she knocks it out of the park! Jacob Morgan is spectacular as always, but he gives off the same emotional feel that his award winning book Dirty Letters had!! 👏👏💖💖

I'm on a rockstar romance streak right now, and this has been one of the best. It is immediately evident that the author knows music and the industry. It added a layer of dimension to the book. I'm so disappointed that the next book in the series isn't available on audio, but I'm following the author now. I will buy the next book as soon as it becomes available, if I don't break down and read the e-book first. It was that good.

The narrators NAILED IT! Not only did I enjoy this story so much, but the narration brought it to life, pulled me in immediately, and rocked my socks off.

Right off the bat, I have to tell you that I absolutely love this book. It’s one of my favorite by Aly. I’ve just finished listening to the audio for the first time & the narrators couldn’t have been more perfect!

For me, Rising West is like my favorite rock album or maybe even the greatest concert. It starts with a killer opening and seamlessly takes you from song to song all the way through to the encore. You’ve been rocking your ass off to the perfect set list. And somewhere during the set there’s that one song that brings you to tears as your slowly waving your light above your head. Before you know it, the concert is over, and you’re like, damn, that went too fast, but HOLY CRAP that was an amazing show! The Best Show EVER! And you’re riding this musical adrenaline high. Until you walk to your car to drive home and you feel this sadness that the night is over. You know that hangover feeling?! This is how I felt after reading this incredible book.

For a musician, Aly is a brilliant freaking author. When you read her rocker novels, it’s evident that she bleeds music. Her words and characters are unforgettable melodies and magical lyrics. She’s got you with the hook... in Rising West it’s “Says Who”! And it’s so profound. Each track (chapter) leads you naturally into the next with the perfect rhythm and cadence. You have moments where the Mason is singing his heartbreaking ballad, and moments when surprise guests join in for a beautiful duet. The other band members join in to bring out the best of this extraordinary (metaphorical) concert. A collaborative symphony of characters that have created the perfect piece. It’s the jam sessions in this book that really make you feel. That make Mason feel like he’s worthy and not some washed up struggling solo artist but part of a complete band, a family.

My world has been rocked by Mason West. This book is the first of the series & I love every single one of them.
