Publisher's summary

The Zondervan Biblical and Theological Lectures series provides a unique audio learning experience. Unlike a traditional audiobook's direct narration of a book's text, Romans 1-7: Audio Lectures includes high-quality live recordings of college-level lectures that cover the important points from each subject as well as relevant material from other sources.

Paul's letter to the Romans remains one of the most important expressions of Christian truth ever written. Its message forces believers to evaluate who they are, who God is, and what their place in this world ought to be.

Romans 1-7: Audio Lectures features top New Testament scholar Douglas J. Moo teaching through Romans 1-7 in these engaging and challenging lessons. These audio lectures help bring the meaning of Paul's great letter into the 21st century. As he works his way through Romans 1-7 passage-by-passage, Moo comments on the text itself and then explores issues in Paul's culture and in ours that help us understand the meaning of each passage.

Romans 1-7: Audio Lectures is part of the Zondervan Beyond the Basics Series, which is dedicated to bringing expert teaching from world's best biblical scholars and theologians directly to interested learners. Romans 1-7: Audio Lectures offer you the chance to learn about one of the Bible's most important books from one of today's premier New Testament scholars.

Romans by Moo

I have come to appreciatemuch that Moo has to offer, especially on the book of Romans. In fact I think he entertains some errors that are kind 9f serious. However, I definitely believe that Moo is my brother in Christ, and the vast majority of what he has to say shows him to be an able interpretor.

Good 1st time introduction to Romans

I think the production is too short for one volume. I expected more depth. I don't see the point in two volumes with such a light summary of Romans. I hope to find audible commentaries that actually read the text and explain.

Great content!

Its been a great listen, and I find the content excellent. I almost wish that even more would be brought up from the text but I realize it would be a 20 hour book then.
