Publisher's summary

Hello kids and parents. Are you looking for an interactive book to help your child with spelling? You have come to the right place. The lessons in this audiobook are over 350 three-letter words and sentences that will help sharpen your child’s thinking skills and help you and your child have some fun together. They are broken up into six different chapters. Words having to do with being outside, words beginning with the letter T, words to do with animals, words with a D in them, and two chapters of miscellaneous three-letter words.

As you work thru this audiobook, you will be asked to spell the word, then are given the word used in a sentence. The word will then be repeated, followed by a pause where you have time to work out the spelling on your own before you are given the correct spelling of the word. Then it’s on to the next!

Sharpen your skills and have fun figuring out how many more three-letter words you can find than I did! Enjoy, and let’s get started!

Great fun while you learn

It was so much fun while I listened to this with my little one. I was amazed as I discovered some three-letter words that I didn't even realise existed. This audiobook has made it relatively easy for my son to learn words he already knew and pick up new words. The words were well paced out. We were allowed to spell the words and then listened to the words being used in a sentence, making the words even more meaningful. This really helped the learning process. This is definitely recommended for little ones just starting out with their spellings.

Practice for young spellers

A simple and straightforward spelling practice for students. The author presents a multitude of 3 letter words for kids to practice spelling. The words are broken into chapters that focus on specific beginning letters or word topics. Each word is stated several times, used in a sentence, and there is a pause to let the child attempt the spelling. This would be a good resource for young students and it can be used repeatedly to improve spelling skills.

I had no idea about so many 3 letter words

It is a great book, opening your eyes that you, as an adult, did not know how many three letters and words there are in the English language—helping your child to learn, to know, to memorise, same time, have a good time. Thank you for your input.

Lots of three letter words

This book had plenty of three letter words to spell. The narration was good, a clear American accent.

I liked that each word has a sentence to go along with it to put it in context, especially when doing words like fir and fur. And after the sentence there is a pause to give you a chance to spell the word first and then the correct spelling is provided so you can see if you got it right.

When I spelled the words outloud during the pause, my young son repeated after me.

The book is split into 6 chapters with 4 categorized chapters and two miscellaneous chapters. I did feel like a few words could have been better placed.

This book is a good tool to practice spelling three letter words.

Great book

This is a really fun and engaging book for parents to listen to with their kids to help them with spelling 3 letter words.
It’s well organised and fun for kids, repeating words and pausing for them to answer to help learning.
I particularly liked the fact it’s organised into chapters of word topics etc

Very nice

This book is a great starting point for kids who are first learning to spell. It’s short but within that it covers all the bases and can set a child up for success within spelling. I’d recommend this to anyone who has a child who is ready to learn to spell, it really is the perfect place to begin.

Great book for only 3 letter words!

I enjoyed listening to this book because it is set up for only 3 letter words which is a building block for success. I like the chapter for animal words as it allows the association to quickly be made for small learners. Well done.
