This is for everyone
If you’re a complete newbie with respect to self-care and have no idea where to start, this book is a great, comprehensive resource.
That said, it’s debatable that some of the ideas would work for busy women. For example, raised bed gardening requires quite a bit of care, unless you have the funds to set up automatic irrigation, have someone else monitor for pests, stake the plants, pull weeds, etc. On the other hand, dancing by yourself like no one’s watching - DEFINITELY doable for a busy person. The writing prompts presented in Chapter 7 are definitely doable and very good suggestions. It was also interesting to learn the habits people like Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé Knowles, Alicia Keys, Selena Gomez, and Naomi Osaka.

MUCH NEEDED AUDIOBOOK FOR CAREER DRIVEN WOMEN
I enjoyed this audiobook. My spouse works in the animal industry and the hustle and grind of daily expectations takes a toll on her. Most certainly will give this as a gift to my wife! Self care is significantly important. In my wife's profession, she is no good to her clients if she is burnt out. Beautifully written and narrated!
I first read this book in paperback and loved it! It is truly so simply and beautifully worded that the concepts seemed to linger in my mind afterwards making them so useful while navigating the roller coaster of life. I found myself wanting to reread chapters and then saw the audio was available! What a treat to now hear these words while spending time in nature, winding down in a hot bath, or even multi-tasking while driving, folding clothes, or washing dishes!
