Very Good
Hypnosis or relaxation sessions are good and teach you mind and body how to produce a relaxation response which you can use again and again to get on top of anxious feelings. Very good. Great Book
Sometimes you just need to get out of your mind and dive into the deeper chambers of your mind. This is a good way to do exactly that. Experience something you haven't experienced before and maybe you will change your life, for the better of course. It's truly an amazing moment. Very Helpful
I have smoked cigarettes for many years and I have had challenges with depression. This book gave me ideas and well-written exercises so that I can use to be more healthy and have a better attitude towards life. I stopped smoking after reading this book.
