Very inspiring audiobook

I'm strong believer that if you want to reach your full potential - you have to get rid of bad habits and to establish better ones. And this book exactly teaches how to do that in a simple way. The most I liked true-to-life examples and strategies to remove triggers.

The End of Your Bad Habits?

I really enjoyed this audiobook. The narration is first class and the knowledge contained within in my view is life-changing. Whatever habits you are trying to break, these techniques will help. Great value and well worth listening to over and over again.

Informative Resource on NLP

I came across this audiobook “Seven NLP Techniques to Break Any Bad Habit: Use Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Take Control of Your Bad Habits” which is good because I have listened to similar titles in the past and was open to discovering more with regards to NLP. With this audiobook I am able to have a resource with regards to breaking bad habits. The chapter on classical conditioning is what interested me in particular.

Great info and very useful!

Very great for fully understanding the NLP techniques. This book was also very well written which made it easier to understand especially for an immigrant like me. And overall, this was a very great book with great information!

Powerful book

This is not just a book of affirmations. It's a book that helps you understand the power you possess to change the world around you. Simple. Lol. It's both go the step-by-step ways to make personal changes, but it does it in a compassionate way. Great listen. Excellent narrator too. Bravo.
