About this listen

Hey, you! Yeah, you. Are you listening? I have a story to share, but it’s not your average fairy tale.

My story? It’s wrought with violence. Strewn with blood. Dominated by desire. My stepmother, the evil queen, hates me. She wants me dead but hasn’t killed me yet. At her insistence, a never-ending line of repugnant suitors vie for my hand, but when I decline each and every one, the evil queen punishes me...severely.

She will stop at nothing until I’m sold or dead. As she grows insane with power and my death appears imminent, something unexpected happens. I see lurkers. They come to me in my dreams, touch me, taste me. Even though I’ve never met them outside of my mind, I begin to crave them.

Stories have been passed down in the town of Riverwood about creatures of legend, kings given the power to wield the seven deadly sins. They tell me they want me; they claim I belong to them. As I fall deeper into sin, they become mine just as much as I am theirs.

What will happen if I submit to their desires? Will I morph into the very weapon I seek, harnessing their power for my own? Or will I find myself lost in their seduction? The evil queen might kill me first, but I’ve made a vow to my people to take back my stolen throne while bathing in her blood.

Listen to my story, and find out what happens...if you dare.

Includes detailed sex scenes, naughty language, torture, violence, and drugs. Intended for mature listeners.

Amazing!

Well written spicy story, this reverse harem is one of the best I've read. The narrators were perfect for this production.

Seven Sins of Snow

🔥🔥🥵🥵 Wow! This book is everything I wanted and so much more! I never knew I needed a 7 deadly sins, vampire kings retelling of Snow White. Loxley Savage did an incredible job writing this book! Marissa Parness and Daniel Wisniewski were both absolutely phenomenal in this duet style narration! Daniel was able to create so many different characters. I really hope Broken Beast of Beauty will come to audio soon!

Sexy Duet

The story was well written and the narrative made me happy because it was a duet. the male parts were read by Daniel and female by Marissa. This is my first time hearing these people and they did a great performance of this read. I enjoyed the story so much I had to go on to KU and read it before I could finish the book here...sometimes the accents got too much where it was harder for me to hear what was said, but overall amazing. Just FYI first OMG scene was about half way through the book.

Loved this book. Didn't want to stop listening.

It's such a great twist to an old story.
Chear for a heroin that pulles herself out of despair and a dire situation.
Growing stronger while she test's your boundaries of 7 sins, with all things dark and sensual.

Too much sex

I never thought that I would say it, but there was so much sex, that it dulled the story! While I like a spicy book, there really can be too much.

On a positive note, the narrators did a fantastic job. While I ended up speeding the book through the sex when it was getting boring with it, I had to keep listening to find out how the evil queen was defeated. You could almost see the fear in the evil queen’s eyes!!

There is a whole lot going on

This was an epic telling of Snow White.. This girl endured horrors beyond belief at the hand of her step mother, the evil Queen. The people of Riverwood have suffered and Snow needs to stop the Queen. Enter the Kings, they have their own trials for Snow to endure to make her their Queen. Enjoyable listen but if brutality and cruelty aren’t your cup of tea maybe pass on this one. They were an important part of Snow’s journey in this story. Narrators were good and there were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 scenes.

Sexy vampires instead of dwarves? Um, HELL Yeah

So my review headline is a little bit of a spoiler, but any reader would figure out they were dealing with creatures of the night pretty early on, so I'm not worried. This is a wildly creative retelling of Snow White, but there'll be no reading of THIS version to the kiddies. Sex, sex, and STEAMY sex to bursting in this story, but it's a necessity for Snow to achieve her goals in conquering the evil (c/b) queen. Yeah, you'll understand the "c/b" reference after listening to the story. The words are said often enough.

The first chapters of this story contain graphically horrific abuse (inflicted upon Snow at the direction of the queen). You have to sort of indulge in that to get to the good parts, and the extent to which the abuse was carried out very much frames Snow's character, both in what she will become, and what she will rise above.

I've read a few other reviews (before purchase), and I can kinda go along with their complaints about the repeated laughter, but it's not enough to turn me off. Although this story is dual narration, it's told 100% from Snow's POV. The male narrator, Daniel Wisniewski, does a truly commendable job of finding seven unique voices for the kings... and more, when you factor in Snow's original captors in her castle. Really, quite a repertoire.

This narrated story is LONG, but compelling. I couldn't wait to have time to sneak in a few hours of listening time. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that there was a HUGE build-up for what we expect to be this epic battle between Snow and the evil queen. There are even some scenes that I thought were meant to be a foreshadowing of the challenges she'd face at the end, but they sorta went... nowhere. And at the end, the battle was over nearly as quickly as it began. I guess I'd have liked to have experienced a little more of the queen's comeuppance. I mean, with the sin of "wrath" at Snow's disposal, we could have enjoyed a nice healthy, vicarious payback.

Still, this book is SOOOOOO worth the credit! And there's a new story just released by the author, Beauty's Beasts. Already on my to be purchased list. If you aren't afraid of triggers (adequately described in other reviews), you don't want to miss out on this one.

Holy dark fairytale Batman!

Wow! I knew it was a RH going in, but that was about it. Obviously guessed it was going to be based on Snow White, but couldn’t have imagined just how dark and delicious it would be. Definitely keeps your interest throughout the whole book and has a great HEA (as a fairytale should). The narrators did a great job and it was very easy to get lost in the story and not focus on the voices. There are some dark themes so I know it won’t be for everyone, but really happy I got to listen to this book.
