Publisher's summary

Lowe Carter and Faith Williams could not be more different. Lowe comes from money, very old money. Faith scrapes by, living paycheck to paycheck, sending what little she has left to her mother and little sister. Lowe is just starting her obligatory two-week visit with her parents when she collides, literally and figuratively, with the beautiful Faith. What better way to spend two weeks of hell than in the company of a hot, sexy woman? The only problem is that employees like Faith are forbidden to fraternize with residents and their guests. Join Lowe and Faith as they sail on The Escape, the world’s largest private residence on the water.

rushed ending

didn't like the rushed ending. it should have had an epilogue on what happened to them and faith's family with her.

Thirsty Angst

This story was much more racy than I was expecting (not a complaint). The story was more about the sexual tension than anything else, but I did appreciate the accuracy of the world-building. This will definitely have you feeling the heat ;) and it's lacking any hurt. So overall this is for those looking to quench that thirst, but keep it light and fun. Also, kudos to the narrator because I don't think I could have read that out loud seriously. She tried to give each person their own voice, even attempting to imitate the accents they were meant to have.

Can you find love on a cruise ship? Yes, they can

I'll admit this novel intrigued my interest based on the title alone. As I read, it was different than I expected, a good different. Through the author's words, I was able to capture and understand both subjects point-of-view. Lowe's need to establish her independence despite her family's status and wealth, as well as Faith's love of her family and send any money she could to her mother back home.
Upon their first encounter, it appeared at love, or rather lust at first sight. At Lowe's insistence to separate herself from her family, manners included she takes it upon herself to apologise for her family's rude behaviour. I admired Lowe's determination to separate herself from her relatives. Although she has a trust fund, that remains untouched, she took the initiative to start her own business and it is quite successful. It is quite understandable Faith's reluctance to pursue anything with Lowe Carter, abiding by the ship's rules. But love knows no rules; the heart wants what the heart wants. I was more than happy when Faith gave into her emotions. Despite the fear of losing her job; you can always find different employment but love rarely comes around.
The ending of the novel was both hopeful and saddening. I wanted more of their relationship, but I suppose where it ended was enough. The reader can then determine how their relationship will progress... I'm rooting for Lowe and Faith's relationship! In my head, they can find a common medium... able to find a place to settle down and start a family. They start with at least a dog. I cannot help but revel at the fact that they found each other on a large cruise ship despite the many factors against them. It further proves that love can conquer anything...

Shut Up and Kiss Me…

I enjoyed this book. I read some neg comments about the narrator, but I disagree. I thought she was good.
The story was fun. I like travel stories. I like both MC. The writing was good. My only complaint is that I found the ending to be abrupt. Too abrupt. I would still recommend this book and will continue to enjoy Julie Cannon stories.

Great narrator help the story along

Honestly I wish the ending was more, seem like to took so long to reach that point. An epilogue would of been great. I was drawn to the book after realizing Kira Omans was the narrator.

I love book about trips around the world...

And this is one of them. Beautiful trip of the other side of the world. Excellently written, great characters. Loved the narration.
All in all, buy this book and enjoy it.
