Mostly Fluff

Waste of money. Do not buy. The entire book is about being able to adapt to the different learning styles of your subordinates and applying oneof four different styles of leadership to effectively communicate with your team for maximum efficiency. 50%
of the books tells you names of leaders across history who have used similar tactics. 45% of the book tells you how great is going to be when you’re able to apply these methods. 5% of the book actually gives you the information on leadership styles.
