Sometimes we are unprepared to lay down and sleep when we’ve had such a busy day, yet staying up late isn’t an option. So I created this audiobook for the purpose of helping myself and my fellow listeners to lay down and practice transitioning into a sleep that is not only natural and peaceful, but that lays the groundwork for practicing astral projection. I’ve used soothing soft-synth undertones and audio I have personally recorded from a beautiful Florida rainstorm with dozens of singing birds.
Whether you fall asleep in the first 5 minutes, 15 minutes or not at all, this audio can be a useful tool night after night to strengthen your inner dialogue and coax you to sleep. There are no harsh transitions, noises, or abrupt talking. I hope you enjoy, and happy astral travels!

Best sleep
I don't think I've been able to make it past 15 minutes through. It's awesome and the sleep is incredible. I wake up fully rested, which doesn't happen because insomnia.
