The book makes the learning easier by breaking the skills to 9 sub skills, and each sub skill is filled with tips and examples. My favorite chapter is about “express thoughts and feeling”, and I think if kids can master how they express their feelings, the world be a much better place with much less anxiety and stress, especially they become teenagers. Social skill is so important that this is a must-read book for every kid.
