Publisher's summary

As a child, I loved sounds. I still do. Of course, the usual drill included loving music, with its melody and rhythm. Later on, my mother would claim that she made me listen to classical music as a baby. What she did not mention was that the interest went beyond that. Every little twang was a fascination for me.

My dad played the guitar since he was a teenager. He was the very first person I encountered that used a tuning fork. He would let the tuning fork vibrate first by bumping it on a surface. My dad said that if you held the tuning fork against a solid material, it produces an A note. Electrical instruments may make a fainter sound, though. So, he liked using it on his acoustic guitar.

At a young age, I dabbled with musical instruments myself. I noticed, though, that I preferred just listening to the same note vibrating again and again. Don’t get me wrong. Music provides its own form of therapy. Classical music relaxes me, while rock gives me an outlet whenever I feel angry or out of sorts. However, I noticed that those little twanging sounds from the tuning fork seem to have a calming effect. It goes beyond the usual musical therapy.

So, I conducted some research on the tuning fork. Since I started looking at its benefits, I found out just how good it is for me, my physical health, and my mental well-being. The rhythm that the tuning fork creates produces harmony throughout the body. The more I discovered, the more I was convinced that sound and vibrations create the balance in my mind and body that I was always looking for. It goes beyond just feeling the vibe with music. It becomes an all-encompassing experience because it tunes you as a person, and provides you with nuance and rhythm that you need to get yourself on the path of happiness, health, and success.

This is what I want to share with you through this little audiobook. Something short can direct towards something small, which will make a massive difference in your life.
