STARFIST is one of those series of books that take hold of your interest and your imagination and make you yearn for more.
I only wish that there were alot more books to this series.
This is one of those storylines that would be so awesome to have a TV series and even some movies, as long as they portray the men correctly and stick to the storyline.
Don't mess it up like they did for "Jack Reacher".
Tom Cruise may be a good actor, but he is nowhere near like the Jack Reacher in the books.

An abridged version of this story is a travesty. All this book provided was the beginning, middle, and end. Almost no context is provided in a story that had significant character building that crosses the entire series.
It's so unsatisfying.

I've read this book before and I believe there are many portions missing, it seemed like it to me at least.

Both current and former military will find the story engaging! Even if you're not it, there are are enjoyable to bits to this story.

Loved reading this series as a kid. disappointed that 1. the books are heavily abridged and 2.There are missing books. Otherwise absolutely love the books and Mr. Lloyd was an excellent narrator.

I was wondering why this was so short. This only has 4 chapter and it's only 2hours plus long.
I read the books and thought would be a good time killer as I've read the books 3 times. however this abridged version was not really worth the $2.00. disappointed.
