Will Put You Far Ahead of Your Competition
This is the perfect audio book for anyone involved in marketing or sales. Lakhani teaches you all of the persuasion tools you'll need to put you far ahead of your competition. The psychology and subtleties of subliminal persuasion is a fascinating subject and fun to learn, even if you're just a consumer and want to learn how you're being influenced and manipulated every day.

Inspiring
Great book. I think he used some of his own techniques to persuade the audience.

Not what I thought it would be
The book is an ok listen at best. It has some good points, but not the persuasive book I was looking for. It focused more on larger audiences in most cases, so if you are a one on one salesman, this book will not help you nearly as much if you are looking to pinpoint specific behaviors from a client.
Ok, just not what I thought it would be...

Not much to it
The same NLP stuff that is presented in a complex and hard to understand way. Not much value.

Misleading
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Communists might enjoy this book. Leftists, liberal chowderheads will probably like this book.
What was most disappointing about Dave Lakhani’s story?
You might expect this book to give you insight into subliminal marketing or subliminal persuasion, but its actually a propaganda book on liberal talking points. I listened for about an hour, then deleted it. First time I've ever deleted an audible book before finishing it.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
I was stunned at how phony it was. It doesn't cover the subject it claims to cover at all.
