A passive income that will benefit future

Invest in your mind and financial literacy. Invest in assets and not liabilities. Pay yourself first. Learn and ask questions from the people who are doing what you want to be doing. In my case, learning how to invest in multifamily properties without using any of my money, forming positive relationships with people, and earning a passive income that will benefit future generations of my family.

This is a book that NO ONE should be without!!!!

This is a book that NO ONE should be without!!!! It covers a lot of material, and is an easy read. Robert Kiyosaki is truly AMAZING!!!! Financial literacy is what he talks about and what we need in life to be success and survive retirement. This is a GOLD MINE!!!! I had a pen and yellow highlighter and went through the entire book marking great information. I will read it again, and again.

We have struggled for many years

My husband and I were both like the poor Dad. My husband earned a degree in Physics from UCLA, and I earned a degree in Computer Science from Cal State LA. We have struggled for many years because we were NOT taught success techniques and we have been searching for them all these years. We found what we were looking for in this book.

Truth Bombs

Lots of truth bombs in this book. Highly recommend, if you’re ready for it. I personally was in the right place to absorb and apply this type of information

Great listen for thinking

This book is a great listen for thinking about how money is seen differently. I was hooked the second I started to listen to it. Very easy to get into because it related a lot to me and my life of how I was taught to view money. Book did a good job of making me realize I've spent my life playing it safe because of fear of risk.

This book is by far one of the greatest books

This book is by far one of the greatest books I have ever listen. It is explained practically and could be easily understood by a fifth-grader. Moreover, the financial knowledge shared in this book is a step in the right direction towards breaking the chain of generational poverty present in one's family.

Every young adult should listen to this book!

Every young adult should listen to this book! This is still one of my favorite books to re-adjust the average American mentality. It addresses the common mentality of Americans who spend money they don’t have to impress others who are also in the same debt rut as they are. Bigger houses, new and overpriced status cars just to commute to work, designer clothes that look as if they were purchased at thrift stores.

Stop working for money and have money work for you

The mantra I heard in my youth is going to school, get good grades, go to college and get a good job. Nobody said that I would be working to make someone else rich, that I would be taxed the more I make, trusting that my job and my government will still take care of me after I stop working. This book teaches you to change your mindset. Stop working for money and have money work for you.

I didn't expect all that knowledge to fit inside

The book was small I didn't expect all that knowledge to fit inside a small pocketbook but it does. I don't mind the size because I take it with me to work and put it in my pocket and listen to it whenever I have time. Great price too. I can't stress the importance of listening to this book. Life-changing.
