Originariamente una serie francese di libri illustrati per bambini, i Super Pigiamini raggiungono la fama a livello mondiale quando vanno in onda per la prima volta nel 2015. I protagonisti della popolare serie trasmessa da Netflix e Disney sono Amaya, Connor e Greg, che, grazie ai loro pigiami magici, di notte si trasformano in supereroi. Amaya diventa Gufetta, Connor diventa Gattoboy e Greg diventa Geco. Al calare della notte, i tre ragazzi si uniscono per fronteggiare i loro rivali: Romeo, Lunetta, il Ninja della notte, i Bimbi-Lupo, Motsuki, Octobella e Munki-Go. La missione dei Super Pigiamini è quella di impedire ai nemici di compiere malefatte, di giorno e di notte, e, grazie ai superpoteri di cui sono dotati, riescono a vincere ogni tipo di sfida. Salvano la scuola, corrono in soccorso della luna settembrina, riportano un dinosauro rubato al museo e proteggono la terra dai malintenzionati.
Tra i superpoteri dei Super Pigiamini ci sono la Super Gatto Velocità, il Super Geco Mimetismo e le Ali da Super Gufetta. Tuttavia, le armi più potenti di cui dispongono sono l'amicizia e il lavoro di squadra.
