Publisher's summary
A unique and compelling understanding of the power and the pleasure attached to God's plans for relationships.
For better or for worse, interactions with screens are now irreversibly entangled in the fabric of our lives. We swipe right to answer calls, unlock our iPhones, respond to snaps, browse through photos, and respond to emails. With our fingertips dancing across devices, we navigate our way through life. It is now estimated that the average American pulls their phone out to check it 150 times each day. That's once every six minutes.
For the now more than 100 million Americans on dating apps like Tinder, swiping right is increasingly the first step toward initiating no-strings-attached sexual encounters. Sex is being stripped of any emotional or spiritual significance by successive generations and is simply viewed as a physical source of pleasure and enjoyment. All of this is a reality; the real question is, at what cost?
In Swipe Right, Pastor Levi Lusko offers compelling reasons to make wise choices in matters of the heart - relationships, sex, dating, and marriage. He encourages listeners to live each day knowing their present choices will immediately become part of their pasts and that their pasts will inevitably come back to visit them in the future.
With equal parts prevention and cure, the book is not just a list of rules to live by but something to live for: God's powerful plan for our lives. To get there we must learn how to swipe right - to live up in a left-right world - because what we do with sex and romance is truly an issue of life-and-death importance.
For 12 years Levi; his wife, Jennie; and their team have put on an evangelistic purity conference called the O2 Experience. Traveling across the United States, he has appeared in three to five cities each year, bringing a fresh perspective on sex and romance, challenging thousands of teens and unmarried young adults to rise up in strength and honor. Swipe Right will broaden the discussions to include married people, those dating, and those who have racked up consequences but need to know it's never too late to do the right thing and experience God's best.

Rock princess Lacey Sturm wants to share her journey from heartbreak to wholeness with young women. In The Mystery, Sturm helps listeners understand that any loving relationship begins with knowing your own identity in Christ. And yet, so many people have learned to define love through their own dysfunctional family, unhealthy relationships, the romances and wrecked relationships of mainstream pop culture, or, sadly, through pornography. Is it any wonder so many people end up brokenhearted, divorced, abused, abusive, or even suicidal?

Yet, when it comes to the places of out innermost sense of regret, we often wonder if it is really true that God can work all things together for good for those who love Him. Angie Smith is one who was quick to encourage a friend, but struggled to believe that God could truly make something spectacular out of her brokenness and disappointments.

Story
Interruptions: They're aggravating - sometimes infuriating. They make us want to tell people what we think of them. But how we handle interruptions actually tell us more about ourselves. The prophet Jonah's existence was interrupted by a call of God that would require a complete change of life. And it scared him enough to make him run in the opposite direction. Yet, what seemed to him to be an unnecessary and useless interruption was really an opportunity for Jonah to be involved in something the likes of which the Old Testament world had never seen before.

It's like placing a bugging device in hell's war room, where we overhear our enemies assessing our weaknesses and strategizing attack. To win the battle, we must know our God, know ourselves, and know our enemy. Lord Foulgrin's Letters is written to help us become better acquainted with each.

I absolutely adored this audio book & desperately needed to hear these words/let them sink in to my 28-year-old soul. Nagivating relationships isn't easy by any stretch. And oh my, every day, I long to find the right Godly man but as I wait, I firmly trust that my God has the perfect one out there for me. Until then (and even after), I will listen to this audio book again and again. I will delve into God's word, again & again. I will continue to trust the beautiful Hand that is guiding me ♡ Thank you Levi, for spreading truth.

Love this book!!
Recently I've made the commitment to sticking to God's way and of course temptation came around. So I decided to listen to this book and the way Levi spoke (brutally honest) and portrayed all of the biblical references was awesome. I'm so excited to share it with my friends. I want everyone to know that this is a well written book for all ages since now a days there isn't a filter on anything. Levi thank you, thank you and thank you!!!
