Publisher's summary

Can a single word create miracles?

Switchwords are straightforward and easy to use. Switchwords are simply words that "switch" on your subconscious mind, sort of like switching on a light. They are, in many ways, one-word affirmations. But unlike the conventional affirmations that don't work, these one-word miracles do.

Why don't traditional affirmations work?

A subconscious block is why an affirmation like "I am prosperous and I have plenty of money" does not work. The subconscious mind will throw that affirmation out because it is bumping up against an ingrained pattern you have that runs counter to the affirmation. This ingrained pattern needs to be bypassed. Often, the more you say affirmations like "I am prosperous and I have plenty of money", the more your subconscious mind will resist and cause you to fall further into financial problems. It is happening all the time. Notice that after the law of attraction took center stage in 2006 through the secret, individual and global prosperity had declined sharply.

Coincidence?

Why are Switchwords different?

Switchwords bypass the resistance of your subconscious mind. They are switches. They don't give the subconscious mind time to process whether something you want is achievable or not. It just gets you in the right state of mind. They effectively bypass the old pattern instead of fighting it like the other methods do.

Switchword Miracles will teach you everything you need to know about how to use these amazing single-word affirmations.

Small improvements for a BIG impact

I really loved the information in this book. There's so much information and well researched history of energy healing than I've experienced elsewhere. What would actually make this a 5-Star book would be a PDF download of the Switch Words. I already know EFT, but I bet that some who are new or nevers would appreciate a diagram too. And, sadly, although the narrators voice is very pleasant, he could have done higher quality editing and fixed up his hesitations and read the book a few times through to know the material prior to recording. All in all I recommend it, but would probably search for other resources before jumping in here that have switchwords in print so there's less memorizing and dictation on the buyers part.

The Author Speaks too Fast

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I'm still trying to listen. I'm not really an audio learner - I prefer to read but I'm a student and the only time I have to read stuff for pleasure is at night and so I like audiobooks because I can close my eyes and they also help me sleep, and I sometimes learn stuff at the same time. But this guy talks soooo fast I can't process anything he is saying. I have a feeling it's good stuff because the reviews are great, but I may return it if I can't get anything out of it.

What didn’t you like about Doron Alon’s performance?

He speaks way too fast and doesn't pause enough.

Did Switchword Miracles inspire you to do anything?

To buy another book on switchwords.

A new look/concept re: tapping

I’m interested in and relatively new to the practice of Tapping so I enjoyed reading another approach. It was interesting enough that I plan to purchase his next book. That being said- the reason for the lower rating is because the looong chapter ( I believe is chapter 3) was more in depth than I really needed, but maybe the horrible narration during that chapter made it more tedious than it normally would have been. It’s obvious each chapter was recorded separately (which is fine). I find it insulting that the author couldn’ t be bothered to re-record that chapter. He stammered and stumbled his way through and even briefly lost his place a couple of times. It made one wonder if he was trying to read too fast or if he just couldn’t read his own copy. Since the narration of the other chapters was really good, I don’t know why he didn’t re-record the poorly narrated chapter to show respect for his readers.
