This is a great book for all yoga teachers to have on their shelf. Well written and full of great information for yoga on and off the mat. I love the themes they listed. This also gave me great ideas for future themes for my yoga classes. Definitely a book worth having 🤗

The presentation of so much of yogic philosophy in a way that is accessible to both the spiritual yogi and the peak performance yogi. This book is taking my teaching to a new place. I ended up buying the paperback too because the nature of audio books don't lending themselves to contemplation or thought work, the paperback helps me do the homework. The audio book has been helpful in finding interesting themes and then using the paperback to expand my own thinking.

I like the content but the narrator makes it really hard to get through. It reads like a listicle and so it's hard to focus on the information, as I found the narrator's voice distracting. I would rather read this myself than listen to the audiobook.
