Can't say the word Realtor correctly but otherwise good book

Overall good book, easy to follow. I bought this to review for my Brokers license. Got really really annoyed at the mispronouncing of the word "Real-tor" not "Real-a-tor" there is no a in the middle. Ok rant over.

Meaty book with good data that really goes over all the info in detail. Easy enough to listen to but it could be very overall a bit term and definition driven.

DICEITFULL HEADING

This is not TEXAS SPECIFIC- NOTHING IS SPECIFIC IN THIS BOOK ABOUT TEXAS. BUYERS BE AWARE.
May be good for the NATIONAL PORTION. It keep saying, “ refer to your state for more information “. Not keeping this.

It is not limited to Texas Real Estate

There are many statements like, "many states __ is legal/illegal." I bought this book to learn about Texas specifically I did not want an entire Real Estate Course. I already took that. So this book might be fine if your real estate course is not making sense because they sound like they may be able if you were starting from the beginning. But if you just missed passing the state portion by one question this book will waste your time.
