This is a really great audiobook, the type that will make you go, wow, I had no idea there was so much I did not know! The author teaches you all about the world underneath the water; there is much more to it than you think, and makes it very interesting! My daughter and I were fascinated with the lost civilizations and the mythic/real sea monsters. A great listen!!

Although the seas and oceans can somehow be scary for me at times, these bodies of water have always intrigued me since there are a lot of things that we still don't know about it. Now this book provides a lot of interesting facts on these waters that I never really knew about. And the more I understood about it, the more it becomes clearer and less scary for me. It's also fun to learn about lost civilizations and sunken treasures. So start exploring our waters with this amazing book which I would highly recommend.

Great information ic included in this well written book on the oceans and seas. I enjoyed the facts and well explained narratives on how important oceans are to or life. "They are the veins of our planet". The oceans are an amazing mystery that holds many of our answers regarding its necessity for all living creatures. the book breaks down the history, deeper meaning and even the oceans effect on our climate system. The oceans layers was a very interesting chapter. the boi-diversity is very evident. This is a very well written book that I learned quite a bit from.
