The best, most implement-able advisor guide yet!!
Shawn Sparks' advice is so relatable. The advice is laid out well and easy to follow. He digs in deep and gives real examples and ways to implement his concepts. This is, without a doubt, the best (of many, many) advisor guides that I have read.

It was fairly generic. Overall there are some ideas that a new advisor could use. Most advisors who have been around for any amount of time has heard these ideas.
