Publisher's summary

In book three of the series, 12-year-old Will Wilder is back to protect the town of Perilous Falls after he's given a talisman with a lock of Samson's hair. But a new dark demon will force family secrets to be revealed, friendships to be tested, and Will's strength to be pushed to the limit.

Will Wilder yearns to join the Perilous Falls Middle School football team. But he was never big enough or strong enough to make the cut, until he comes in contact with a talisman containing the fabled locks of Samson. But using the Amulet of Power attracts dark forces to Perilous Falls like moths to a flame.

Suddenly, hunched creatures are shadowing people around town, graves are being disturbed, the music of a mysterious DJ lulls half of Perilous Falls into a stupor, and to top it all off, Will is convinced that a teammate may be a demon himself!

As he tries to identify the demon before it causes untold havoc, Wilder family secrets will be unlocked, the limits of physical strength and the power of friendship are tested - and Will might even score a touchdown or two.

KEEPS GETTING BETTER!

Can’t wait to see what adventures come next! This series is a great reflection and insight into how we conduct ourselves in our daily lives and how small temptations can ‘blind’ us to larger ones. Raymond does a wonderful jobs with the voices.

Very enjoyable to listen to.

Arroryo's voice command of all his characters is amazing. The descriptions of the characters and their surroundings are so thorough that it's almost like actually watching a movie. This series is so well written it can be enjoyed by young and old alike.

The Amulet Power

I purchased this book ,as well as the series, for my great grandaughter. I've read them myself and enjoyed all of the series greatly. Good lessons are to be learned from these pages. Looking forward to many more books to come!

Another Fine Entry in the Series

This is the third Will Wilder story & it is as entertaining as the previous entries. I enjoy Mr. Arroyo's reading of his story. His characterizations are very good, betraying his actor's training. I look forward to the next entry with high expectations.

The Child Within Lives

I am a huge fan of the Will Wilder series. Listening to Raymond Arroyo read this book adds to my imagination. In my minds eye I can visulize the various scenes as if I were reading. The three headed demon did scare me a bit!
What is in your heart?...a good question, with a good lesson for all ages who read or listened to this book.

Great story for young readers!

Book 3 is by far the best in the series. I watched Raymond's book interview on The World Over, after which my anticipation increased. The characters are further developed, and more is at stake in the adventure.

I appreciate the reflection on current technological distractions, and the certain similiar pitfall Perilous Falls faces within the storyline. I think it's a good reflection for young readers to consider, as they learn to live with an ever changing technological world (I'm writing as a Millenial).

Also, Raymond has a fantastic gift for speech, so his audiobook is much further complimented by his narrative. It's one of those audiobooks of which you can easily see yourself in the story as side observer, scene by scene.

I have been listening on the Audible platform for over 2 years, and as the first review I have ever written on any Audible title, I would strongly recommend the book for young readers. Keep up the great work Raymond!

Amazing!

Raymond always does an amazing job reading his stories. We love how voices and even though we have the books I had to purchase the audio stories as well because The author makes all the characters come alive. These are highly recommend for all families. We can't wait to for book 4!
