GS Youngblood narrates the whole time, and teaches important information on meditation and mindfulness that is easy to understand with practical step by step walk through exercises and examples all throughout the book.
If you are ready for the next level, then purchase this book. I will continue to reread this book along with MIR. Both have changed my life.
