Great this one.

The author a lot in but I think I would have enjoyed it even more if she had made fewer points and provided more detail on some of the key ones. I particularly liked the last chapter on creating a positive mindset.

Non-Danish can hygge, too.

Having read other books on hygge by different authors, this book imparted that while the word hygge is Danish, we must discover how to bring ourselves into our very own niche of calm and comfort.
