Would you consider the audio edition of The Beck Diet Solution to be better than the print version?
When I went to the Audible website on a computer instead of on my phone and opened my library it clearly listed PDF as a download option and that had 2 files: the journal and charts and graphs.They do provide the PDFs

Believe it or not, this actually comforted me. Because now I knew this was doable. If I was able to quit a 25 yr habit, then I could "coach" myself to think thin!
