Worth trying.

I was hesitant at first until I listen to it. The structure of the meal plan makes this possible. It makes sense now how it helps lose some weight. Worth trying.

diet is so simple and effiecient

Recently I barely have time to cook and I mostly eat unhealthy foods. This book gives me so much hope. Not only because the diet is so simple and efficient but also because I can boil eggs on earlier days of the week and just fridge them.

low carb intake while having more protein

I read about it. I listened to this book. Yeah, it is very simple. Sometimes a little too boring to eat boiled eggs every week and with very low carb intake while having more protein, this may work best for sedentary lifestyle with not much physical workouts.

It beats all the complicated diets I went through in the past. This is more sustainable and easy to keep up with. Moreover, I am not compelled to exercise at all. Loved the variety of recipes!

Wow! This is such an awesome audible book! This is the first time listening this kind of book. I find this book helpful especially to those who wants to lose weight in a healthy way. It really helped to understand why I needed to eat hard boiled egg, and what caused the heart attach that I had. I have already started losing and have been on the program for one week. For your health I would highly recommend this book.

lost some pounds in just a few days

This was referred and gifted to me by a friend so I won't feel such a loser anymore. I now believe in the power of this simple diet because I can see it myself. I definitely lost some pounds in just a few days.
