AN INSIGHTFUL GUIDE!
I really enjoyed listening to this book. I'm in my 20s and have been following an intermittent fasting routine and it's really helpful. This author highlighted all the important areas regarding intermittent fasting such as it improve metabolic health, enhancing insulin sensitivity and reducing inflammation, it supports cellular repair processes through autophagy, promoting longevity. Moreover, it has been linked to better brain health and also encourages better blood sugar control, reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes. This guide also dispels misconceptions about intermittent fasting and encourages listeners to follow this amazing routine for a happier and healthier life. I appreciate the author for such an amazing work. Highly recommended!

I have seen the results of intermittent fasting with my own health, and I am under 50. This is not just for middle-aged people but for anyone facing health concerns or food addiction. I have seen this work for many others as well, such as my dad, who is in his 60s and is also seeing positive results. It really does. encourage mental clarity and gives your body time to heal in between meals. More people need to hear this before taking other riskier or drastic measures.

If you're in your 50s or approaching that age. It tackles common signs of aging like lower energy and unwanted weight gain. The book introduces the E.A.T. Method and dives deep into intermittent fasting, explaining how it can boost energy and metabolism. I have heard of great things about fasting, but didn't know how much of benefits it can bring to our bodies until I listened to this book. The best part about the book is that it gives encouragement to the women who may feel like their light has turned off. My favorite one was "Beauty comes in all shape sizes and ages. Don't prioritize your mental and physical well-being over societal expectations". If you're looking to feel younger and healthier, this is a must-read!

Fun gift

Well informed guide
As someone who has been considering fasting as a potential path to better health, I was happy to come across this book. Chapter 3 was very informative so that you know what to expect when you start fasting. Fasting for a novice like me, can seem daunting and scary but the book takes out the guesswork by laying out precisely what to expect during the initial stages of fasting. It's incredibly reassuring to have a clear roadmap of what my body will go through as it adapts to this new lifestyle.
The author's explanation of the changes made me feel at ease and learning about the science behind fasting such as a shift from utilizing glucose to fat for energy, helps demystify the process. It's comforting to know that these changes are not only natural but also beneficial for our health. The author also does not promote that fasting is a one-size-fits-all all approach and emphasizes the importance of individualization. They encourage us to listen to our bodies adjust the fasting regimen accordingly and to stay safe.
I feel much more informed and feel that I am ready to start my fasting journey. I have mapped out my meals and figured out how I will deal with the surge of hunger that I will feel and I now know what to expect. I have my family's support too so between the book's support and theirs, I feel ready that I can get started.

I Love this book
I got this book hoping to help my mom with her health issues, from a bloated belly to sleep issues, anxiety, stress, etc... i found this book not only rich in information and facts, helping to differentiate between myth and facts, but motivating as well, I now have a guide to help me as well prepare and prevent any issues that I would be facing when I get to this age. After listening to this book I understood the importance of intermittent Fasting and how much effect it has on our overall well-being, even our mental health.
