I’m Cara the one and only @TheCareerCheerleader, however recently living through this quarantine life hasn’t exactly been ideal, or cheerful. I’m usually the one with the inspiring words for others, and in the last few weeks I’ve struggled to find the words to inspire myself, let alone others, literally leaving speechless. As I worked to observe, adjust, and evolve through this, I saw Kevin’s book coming and instantly knew I’d have something to keep me mentally entertained, BUT who knew I’d receive the shift I needed to get up off my hindparts (as my dad would say) and quit pussyfooting’ around with my life (something else my dad would also say)!

Not really a surprise from someone who strives to do, and be great, but this book is AMAZING! Of course, it’s laugh out loud funny but at the same time he’s dropping GEMS! Definitely going to listen again and again!

You don’t know how much I appreciated and laughed during my run today while listening. I’m also pretty sure I looked like a psychopath to every person outside and in their homes that saw me laughing to myself. Nonetheless, this book completely changed my mind in around 6 hours. I never thought that such a dramatic change could take place in such a short amount of time, but it did. I thank you, Kevin, for overall helping me more on my journey towards my own success and laying everything out on the table for the tips and tricks I’ve learned on this path. Thank you for clearing some of those things up, and thank you for improving my worldview of my own life and personal situations. If you’re still wondering to get this book or not, then I really don’t know what you’re doing. And actually I do the same thing, I just look at reviews all day, and thinking of it now I realize it wastes a lot of my time. But seriously, amazing book.

Before you think I am going to slam this endeavor. Let me lay a little ground work.

I am a nearly 70 year old tired, white guy who grew up in a southern urban environment. Although I don't agree with using crude and vulgar language to get your point across, I have to give kudos to Mr. Hart for knowing his core audience and being true to who he is.

You have to go into this knowing some old time PMA guru has said this on more than one occasion.

But, maybe the people he is targeting have never heard of Earl Nighengale or other self help authors and maybe he has opened a window for a new generation who are hungry to improve their situation.

I've listened to KEVIN HARTS THE DECISION TWICE and i have only a little more to say about it.

If you can get past the vulgar language and crass comments. You may pick up a nugget or two.

I’m from South Africa and totally loved this book. He relayed valuable advice tips in a funny way. Sometime we need to hear these things straight out, no sugar coating that’s what makes him authentic! This book inspired me to take action and responsibility for my life. Great audio book! Kevin Hart is authentic, hilarious, and gives practical life guidance. His examples are really helpful and resonated with me. I enjoyed especially him talking about tactics like Force Field & Solitude. In such a noisy and negative world, putting up a shield to block out negativity and taking time alone to regularly reflect, gut check, and focus is critical. Thanks for dropping all of the nuggets and gems Kevin!
