It explains the dopamine effect, what it is, and how it works relative to addiction, whether it is social media addictions, nicotine or substance addictions, food addictions, or any other addictions that people find themselves embroiled in. The 21 day transformative journey that this book promotes is well worth the time and effort to achieve the desired outcome. No one recovery intervention is the answer for everyone, however, I highly recommend this book because it provides a natural and holistic approach.
